QUESTIONS

  • COVID-19
    Bookings are made at the customers discretion. We are a remote location where distance is easily maintained between other people. We offer self check in and check out and we have thorough cleaning protocols. You are very welcome to bring your own bedding and/or pillows. Everything will be disinfected before your arrival, however you are welcome to bring your own products should you wish to.
  • HOW DO I BOOK?
    The easiest way to book is online via the website, but if you are experiencing difficulty please call us, we are happy to help; Our phones are answered Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm Sat & Sun 9am - 2pm.
  • HOW DO I PAY?
    A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. We will invoice you for this via email as it becomes due. Payments can be made online via Paypal, either using a Paypal account or a credit/debit card using the link on your invoice. Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • WHAT OTHER CHARGES ARE THERE?
    No other charges! However, we do have optional extras to make your stay even more special. These can be seen on the add ons when making a booking.
  • WHAT ARE THE ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES?
    The general arrival time is 4pm (You may arrive at 2pm for £25) The general departure time is 10am (You may depart at 11:30am for £25)
  • ARE THE LODGES WELL EQUIPPED?
    The lodges have all the kitchen utensils you will need. There is an oven / hob, microwave and dishwasher, iron and ironing board in each lodge. All have a dining area, and widescreen TV and DVD player in the living area, and TV in the bedroom. There will be washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, dish cloth, tea towel, bin bags, and toilet rolls in your lodge to get you started. But the lodges are self catering so do bring your own consumables! You can hire Bathrobes and Slippers to your booking – see additional extras on the booking form provided. Towels, bath sheet and Hand towels are included in your stay. Please bring your own Hot Tub towel.
  • DO ALL OF THE LODGES HAVE PRIVATE HOT TUBS?
    Yes. Each lodge has its own private outdoor hot tub, enclosed for privacy.
  • ARE THE HOT TUBS COVERED?
    No. They are open to the sky...lie back with a glass of wine and watch the stars!
  • CAN WE USE THE HOT TUB IN THE RAIN/SNOW?
    Yes - the water in the tub is hot regardless of the weather.
  • ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?
    Still Rabbit is an adult only site. We do not allow children or pets. Yellowtop (Our park next door) does allow children & pets.
  • CAN I BRING MY DOG/CAT?
    We do not allow any pets at Still Rabbit.
  • WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
    If you are unfortunate enough to have to cancel your booking: The initial deposit is non refundable at any point of the cancellation. More than 14 days till arrival date, when full payment has been made, we will issue a refund minus the value of the deposit which is 30% of the booking total. Alternatively monies paid can be used as a credit against a holiday any time in the following 12 months or can be transferred by the customer to benefit someone else. Between 14 days and 48hrs until arrival date, no refund will be made however monies paid can be used as a credit against a holiday any time in the following 12 months or can be transferred by the customer to benefit someone else. Less than 48 hours until arrival date, no refund will be made and dates are non transferable, however the customer may transfer the booking to another party. We advise you to consider taking out insurance to cover the cost of cancellation.
  • CAN I STAY FOR ONE NIGHT?
    Our minimum stay is two nights throughout the year. One night breaks are offered subject to availability on a last minute basis. Please ring for availability.
